We had excellent pre-communication from Sarah and arrived to a lovely hotel with off-street parking. The house was beautifully clean and fresh, with spacious bedrooms and a cosy, warm atmosphere. The kitchen was fully kitted out, and the back garden looked perfect for enjoying meals outside. The location was great, with a quiet street and a nearby Aldi for supplies. we had a wonderful stay at Chaloners and would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Chaloners With Letsstay! The house had a lovely, cosy yet stylish feel, making us feel right at home. The personal touches were greatly appreciated, such as the detailed bus timetables and local amenities provided. The beds were comfortable with cosy quilts, and the bedrooms were spacious. The modern lounge and fully functioning kitchen/diner were a bonus. The location of the house was perfect, close to all the famous landmarks of the city. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden inside the back of the house. it was a lovely stay that we highly recommend!

Arrived to a warm and clean property with clear instructions. Off-street parking and quiet location were great. Enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and WiFi were convenient. Lovely garden, although we didn't get to use it. Convenient location with a nearby grocery store. The thoughtful welcome treats were a nice touch.

Check-out time of 10:00 am was too early. Limited parking space for more than one car.

One minor drawback was that the single 3-seater sofa in the living room was too small for our group of 3 adults and a larger teen to be comfortable. Having an additional armchair would have made a big difference.

Sarah, the host, was excellent in her communication with us and even left some lovely treats for our arrival. the personal touches throughout the property, including a detailed information pack with everything from takeaway recommendations to bus numbers, were truly appreciated. the property was clean and welcoming, with clear instructions for all appliances, wifi, and door locks. It's clear that the owners have put in effort to make their guests' stay as stress-free as possible. the mix of cozy yet stylish decor made it feel like a true home away from home. the bedrooms were spacious, the lounge was modern, and the fully functioning kitchen/diner had everything we needed.
